Shipping policy

  Freight & Oversized Items

  Certain products in our catalog ship via LTL (less-than-truckload)
  common carrier rather than parcel service due to their size, weight,
  or shape. These include exhaust stacks, quarter fenders, mud flap
  light boxes, rear light panels, and other oversized items.

  Shipping estimates displayed at checkout for freight items are
  estimates only. If the actual freight cost exceeds the checkout
  estimate by more than 15%, we will contact you before shipment
  for approval of the additional charges. You may cancel the order
  at that time for a full refund if you choose not to accept the
  revised freight cost.

  Commercial delivery addresses receive the lowest freight rates.
  Residential delivery, farm delivery, limited-access locations, and
  liftgate service each carry an additional surcharge; if applicable,
  we will notify you before shipment.

  Freight deliveries typically require a signature. You are responsible
  for inspecting freight shipments upon arrival. Any visible damage or
  missing pieces must be noted on the delivery receipt (bill of lading)
  before signing, and photographed. Damage discovered after signing a
  clean delivery receipt cannot be claimed against the carrier and is
  not eligible for replacement.

  We currently ship within the contiguous 48 United States. Delivery
  to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses may
  be available on request — please contact us for a quote before
  placing an order.
